i miss being able to go down to the beach since the quarantine, so i thought i’d revisit this dreamy little beach shack i created in my imagination and on pinterest — saving images of what a dream spot by the sea just might look like, and then i’ve gone and compiled these images to share here with you. water is my safe space so i look forward to the day we can all enjoy our own special spaces outside again, no matter where they might be — our favorite parks, mountain lakes, the desert. today, we’re residing by the seaside — a rustic little oasis with white shiplap walls, cozy plant-filled corners everywhere and plenty of natural sunlight. who’s with me? oh, if you love this look, too i strongly recommend the book surf shack by Nina Freudenberger — it’s full of inspiring, laid back beach homes.

I love this look! Can’t even count how many times I’ve checked out Surf Shack from the library (hoping to buy a copy soon!).
I’m trying to figure out the links, specifically the rattan chair with green-embroidered pillow, but every time I click a link it goes to a different image. When you say “in order of appearance” do you mean top to bottom and left to right (where there are images side by side) or top to bottom clockwise? Sorry—maybe too much pandemic brain fog.
Sorry, I know it’s sometimes confusing. But that was a vintage chair from Maven Collective PDX:

Just what I need to see right now. Keep well.
Needed THIS.
So glad to oblige! ;)
