happy monday! i hope you all had a good weekend. i’m feeling so much more upbeat and positive these days and putting together today’s post had me very inspired. it’s all about eclectic interiors, but rooms that don’t overwhelm your senses and instead have calming eclectic energy. i think it’s because there’s never ‘too much’ of anything and lots of negative space if you will. nothing is too cluttered, but still demonstrating a unique personality through the well-curated, but limited collections on display. a little goes a long way — great minimalist design with vintage finds, unusual sculptural forms, lighting and textiles, and truly unexpected pieces. i hope you enjoy!

  1. this is a very lovely post!! immediately calmed me down. thanks.
good book to read: Ninth Street Women–so important and a real good-if long- read.

  2. Beautiful spaces, Victoria.
When I first read the headline for today’s post I thought it said “Calming electric energy” and I was looking for really cool space heaters! Ha. Eyes just aren’t what they used to be.
    Glad you’re feeling better.

  3. LOVE all the stunning photos, however there is no reason to feel lighter and happier with this tyrannical President. Sooo many lost jobs within hours of Joe swearing to work for the people of America! We should be more disturbed than we ever were with President Trump.
