friday finds ~ volume 8.
it's finally and officially changing seasons. let's feel all the fall feelings.
weekend greetings. i recently admitted on a friend’s instagram feed that I’m really not a fan of fall holiday themes. while i can appreciate fall foliage in the great outdoors i really don’t like gourds, garlands and faux autumn leaves dressing up our decor. but i do like a splash of orange here and there, and you know i’m all over black, and sometimes together, they can look quite lovely. just don’t force mums and too many pumpkins on me. thanks in advance. xo, v.
i love everything pauline chardin puts her touch to, including her visit to pavillon southway studio in marseille, France. it’s a hotel, gallery, and a 19th-century artist’s home — and it even has a bedroom to rent. pauline is a french creative director and very talented photographer who lives in provence and is also a cookbook author — her book a spoonful of sun is a truly special one you should have on your shelves.
