i haven’t been able to drive, but with my new smaller cast, i finally got out of the house for the first time in weeks this weekend, and while i was out, i treated myself to some new art. i was just out walking frances in laguna beach’s downtown area and stopped into a few favorite haunts and found these pieces quite by chance — i just love when that happens. no goal in mind, you stumble upon something that tugs at your heartstrings, and that, my friends, is the beauty of meandering your local neighborhood. first stop, @good.together.house, a beautifully curated homewares shop, and i discovered a new book i just had to make my own — cradling the singing bird by @juliewolfedesign in collaboration with @panandthedream. it’s 60 pages of a loosely bound series of double-sided posters, so you can essentially take any of the pages out and frame them as art.
