Wow! My grandpa made a bench of the exact same design as the primitive low bench! He passed away in 1979 and the bench was old then so it must be 60+ years old? When my grandma passed away in 1988 my mom had it out for trash and I rescued it! It has many layers of paint from white to green to red and is one of my very favorite things.
