wear this there: au rêve paris.
fancy a new year's celebration in paris? oui? then i've got you covered with a glittering ensemble to complement the city of lights.
who fancies a new year’s eve celebrating in paris? moi, that’s who! it’s something i’ve always wanted to do, and since paris is stunning during the holidays, why don’t we pop over and dine at a legendary paris bistro? brought back to life by the creative studio of @saintlazareparisnyc, we’re headed to au rêve, a beloved address in the artistic montmartre district of paris that has once again opened its doors. i can’t think of a more authentic spot to ring in 2024 than this paris restaurant which has a history of serving artists, writers, and expats for more than 100 years.
i thought we’d get a bit glittery for the new year’s celebration with a sparkling tank top worn with an offbeat brown tuxedo jacket paired with a fun faux fur collar and some shimmery satin pants. add to that some gold socks worn with sassy open-toed sandals, a shiny crossbody bag, and a few baubles to round our ensemble out. before heading out for your evening, i highly recommend reading paris in the present tense by mark helprin. it’s one of my personal favorites and will get you in the mood for meandering the seine either before or after a late night dinner in the city of lights. bon appétit.

I love and would wear every single item of that ensemble! This is totally my style if I were the type still going out at nights 😂
Such a dreamy post. I always love your ensembles but I most look forward to your book recommendations so I can immediately add them to my to-read list. :)
